Harleston, on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk, is situated in the picturesque Waveney Valley, not far from the Suffolk Heritage Coast and surrounded by countless scenic towns and villages. This welcoming community features historic inns, unique shops, delicious eateries, cultural attractions like a museum and gallery, and a thriving weekly market. Participate in angling and birdwatching, peruse antiques at auctions, or simply take a stroll in the countryside from your doorstep. There are countless places to visit within a day's drive, such as the Sandringham Estate, the Aviation and Steam Train Museums, castles, cathedrals, breweries, vineyards, and the world-famous Norfolk Broads. Large numbers of tourists visit nearby Bungay every year to see its many historic sites, including the ruins of Bigod's Castle, the Buttercross, the Spring Garden Market, the Summer Antiques Fair, and the Christmas Market. Beccles, at the head of the Broads, is a bustling market town, and Southwold, on the fabulous Suffolk coast, is home to a magical amber shop.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
