Fuel and power inc. in rent (starter pack provided for the fire during the winter months, and available on request in the summer months. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden with lawn, hot tub and patio with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.8 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Please note: the property does not accept hens, stags or similar parties and no loud music to be played at night. Please note: as the hot tub is emptied and cleaned before each guest, the hot tub may not be quite up to heat on arrival and may take a few hours before it reaches the right temperature.This property accept Friday and Monday arrivals.
