Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels included. Please bring own beach towels. Close to public car park and on street parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.8 miles.

Whitby is a beach resort town and port in North Yorkshire's Scarborough district. You'll be at the perfect location to see all that Yorkshire has to offer, including the coast, countryside, and all in between. Whatever your interests or time of year are, there's lots to do in and around the area, from the adjacent North York Moors to its many Blue Flag beaches. With its meandering streets and hidden alleys, Whitby has a delightful ambience with a variety of restaurants and stores sprinkled throughout.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Parking poor couldn't move car once parked .No outside space ,couldn't open down stairs bedroom window bins behind in outdoor space 3ft by 6ft approx.Cleaning poor glass and lolly stick behind kitchen bin hoover left full from previous holiday makers.not big enough for 6 people .Damp in places needs addressing.No dishcloths couldn't clean till bought some.Front door straight onto path .First night fight took place at 12 o'clock out front traffic noise bad. Really needs hand rail on stairs dangerous and slippy in socks.
Fantastic holiday house, Home from home, very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Very close to town which has lots of restaurants and bars. Sitting room on first floor has a log burner and brilliant views over the harbour. Beds are very comfortable. Duvets are very snug and cosy. Fully equipped kitchen is great, everything you need for a holiday. Hosts have obviously put a lot of though into this house. Pay parking is available directly across the road but free street parking is available close by
What a beautiful house, so tastefully decorated. Set over 3 floors with plenty of space for 6 people. The sitting room on the first floor has views over the harbour which is great. The log burner just gives the finishing touch. Brilliant. Little cafe next door is great, they even delivered our filled rolls at breakfast time!! So did not want to leave.
