Two well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles. Dolwen is a delightful base for a family break to Conwy. Note: There are steps in the garden.

Bed in front room very uncomfortable. Cottage festooned with cobwebs. Garden has not been maintained for some time, full of weeds and foot long grass which made it difficult to clean up after our dog. Garden furniture covered in green mould so we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies as nothing in property. Pavers loose on garden steps. Not suitable for older or persons with mobility issues as no handrail. Sofas in lounge very dilapidated. The sani loo upstairs is horrendously noisy so couldnt use at night. Not so much as a teabag left for our stay, so not sure what all the little extras from the host are that so many of your reviewers have enthused over. Overall this property would benefit from a little genuine investment. It's a good job the area is so stunning we stayed out as long as possible each day.
