An elegant sitting room with a woodburner and a kitchen with dining area complete this fabulous accommodation. Outside is a sunny garden (not enclosed) and parking for three cars. Kelmscot is a fabulous home from home and perfect for exploring this part of Cornwall.

As the evening draws to a close, three sumptuous bedrooms await, two doubles with zip link beds for flexible sleeping and a double room on the ground floor. They share a gorgeous family bathroom. Outside, a sunny patio and smart lawned garden await; perfect for morning coffee or a BBQ on a summer’s eve. After a day on the beach you can rinse away the salt and sand with a convenient outside shower. Walkers will love this stretch of the nearby coast path which has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Explore the pretty harbour village of Port Isaac where you’ll find some world class eateries or the secluded sandy cove at Port Gaverne where there are opportunities for sea-kayaking and coasteering days out. Families will love Daymer Bay (dog friendly all year round) and Polzeath; the area's best surfing beach. Tintagel Castle, Pencarrow House and Garden in Bodmin, as well as the Pentargon Waterfall in Boscastle are all well worth a visit and within easy reach.
