Reviews

Where do I start with my praise for this gorgeous little cottage in the quiet hamlet of Norbury, which is ideal for 4-5 adults and a dog. First, I must congratulate Ann and Ian on thinking of almost everything needed for a comfortable stay in their new holiday let venture, and for being an absolute mine of information on the surrounding area. How novel to actually have electric sockets within reach of mirrors in the bedrooms for hairdryers (really good ones supplied), straighteners or whatever else; blankets in the lounge for if it gets chilly but not chilly enough to require the central heating; underfloor heating in the kitchen - such bliss when you come downstairs in the morning and have forgotten to put your slippers on; comfy dog bed (which Nellie took to straight away) and food and water bowls; ample crockery, cutlery and glassware so it's only necessary to have the dishwasher on once a day; the shower is large, powerful and with almost instant hot water. And the views from the front windows are stunning, even in the downpours that we experienced. Surrounded by the Shropshire Hills AONB and totally rural Linley Lane Cottage is in such a peaceful spot that I'm sure you will come away feeling totally relaxed.
