What a gem of a find, we had a brilliant time here over Xmas , stunning place , the owners even went the extra mile and had the cottage decorated for Christmas with a tree ect, (we don't celebrate Xmas but appreciated the thought) we had a very generous welcome pack with Cornish butter, bread, jams, milk, bottled waters, biscuits, and wine. Everything we needed was catered for literally a home from home, we wanted for nothing. Simon & Beverly couldn't of been more helpful..we loved the fact the cottage led on to some woods, some great walks for the dogs, lots of places to visit not too far away in the car all in all a fab break away ...100% recommend... Only one slight disappointment for us as we have dogs who like to chase sheep, it does state enclosed garden which to some extent it is but for small dogs they could get out under the gates and fence was broken on the field full of sheep next door...so unfortunately we couldn't let our dogs out unaccompanied which was a shame as that's one of the reasons we chose this place as it stated the garden was enclosed...but that didn't spoil what was indeed a very beautiful relaxing cosy break away...
