Just a short walk from the sandy Blue-Flag beach and the local amenities, 35 Seabourne Way is a perfect escape for a family of four or a couple seeking a pet-friendly coastal break. Arrive to find two off-road parking spaces on the drive before heading into this delightful dwelling, coming to an entrance hall and finding the living areas at the rear of the property. Discover a modern sitting room to unwind in, enjoying light and bright décor, a Smart TV and two sofas, with one that has a sofa bed. Glass doors lead into the combined conservatory and dining room, home to a dining table and chairs and a sofa, so you can enjoy dinner with views of the pretty garden. Around the corner is the galley kitchen, home to all you need to rustle up tasty meals. Enjoy relaxing in the large garden in summer on the patio furniture and making use of the barbecue area, with a large lawn for pets and children to play on, and an extra enclosed lawned area behind this which leads down to the river. The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway is a top tourist attraction in the area and allows you to soak up the gorgeous scenery without moving muscle, passing through several stations which are close to the beach, as well as offering the chance to see the Model Railway Exhibition and 1940s Museum in New Romney Station. Another fantastic day out can be had at Port Lympne Reserve, offering the UK's most authentic safari experience with 100 acres of grounds filled with African animals, including big cats, black rhinos, primates and giraffes!
