Dubrovik is a beautifully presented ground-floor apartment resting in the picturesque town of Criccieth, Gwynedd. Ideal for a couple, friends, or a family, this lovely abode provides all the home comforts you need for a wonderful break, whilst boasting tremendous sea views. As you arrive at the property, park your car in one of two off-road parking spaces and make your way into the apartment. Step into the sitting room, kick off your shoes and light the electric wood effect stove before flicking on the Smart TV and relaxing with your loved ones. Make your way back through the hall and into the kitchen/diner to cook up a storm using the electric oven and hob. Here, you will also find a dining table with seating for four guests, ideal for catching up on the day's events over a glass of wine and a home-cooked dinner. Just off the kitchen lies a handy utility room with a washing machine so you can freshen up your clothes and towels after a sandy day at the beach. Back through the hall and sitting room, a door leads you to the sleeping quarters of the apartment; choose from two bright and airy bedrooms, one king-size with amazing sea views and one twin with a zip and link feature allowing for a flexible sleeping arrangement. Freshen up and prepare for your day in the bathroom, which houses a bath with a shower over, along with a separate cloakroom housing the WC. Outside, admire the unspoilt sea views from the patio with a cup of tea or coffee before setting off on your adventures for the day. Give the chef of the group a break and head out to Dylan's, Criccieth for some of the best fresh seafood in the area and a delightful atmosphere. History buffs can take a trip to the nearby Castell Criccieth, which can be seen from the apartment resting on a dramatic coastal hill. Spend a day exploring Black Rock Sands, home to spooky coves and a stunning golden sandy beach. Another beautiful beach can be found just a few miles away at Morfa Bychan, the perfect spot for trying your hand at some watersports. Just a short car journey away is the Italianate village of Portmeirion; this picture-perfect village boasts colourful architecture along with quaint shops and eateries. Head into Snowdonia National Park to burn off any excess energy amongst the dramatic mountain range, or perhaps enjoy a leisurely kayak on one of the many pretty lakes. Animal lovers may want to visit the Beddgelert stone monument for the legendary dog, whilst train enthusiasts can hop aboard the Llanberis Lake Railway.
