We are very experienced self-caterers, in the UK, EU, and USA/Canada. From our arrival at Greenacres to our departure the owners made no visible attempt to contact us. My mobile telephone request for help with the Wi-Fi problem that I had encountered produced no result from the owners. An inconvenience as I needed the facility to progress a personal project. The property is in a very rural, peaceful agricultural setting, but care needs to be taken on the last mile to the property as the road is very narrow with blind bends. Despite the fact that in the property we found the odd lack of attention to detail, it is clean and well-presented.
Lovely place to stay with plenty of room. Had a problem with heating, of which someone came out straight away. Turned out to be the thermostat, on to low. Hadn't seen where it was. As soon as that was rectified, we were very snug. Lovely and clean and all meighbours very friendly. Great place to start off from.
