A clean, comfortable, warm and spacious upper floor apartment for up to three people. It is situated on the hill above the town and river, with a half-hourly bus stopping almost outside, which is useful when returning after a day out or to save the steep descent to the town (it also saves trying to park in the centre of Dartmouth). There is ample space for parking in front of the house. Stairs lead directly up to the apartment, with good-sized rooms and a well-equipped kitchen.
