I booked the stables cottage and told it was another kind of luxurious. However, when we arrived there was someone in the stables cottage and we were given the lodge. This was very small, had a smelly chemical toilet, no toilet roll and there was a flood in the morning which made 2 of our bags wet and meant we couldn’t shower. I have not received any compensation for this. I paid £205 in total
