Five bedrooms: 1 x king-size with Smart TV, 2 x twin rooms (the single beds can be pushed together very easily by the guests to make a super king-size beds), 1 x ground-floor twin (can also be easily pushed together to make a super king-size beds), 1 x charming single. All beds except the single have hand-made, all-natural fillings, pocket sprung mattresses simply the most comfortable in the world. Plus, a full size super-comfortable double bed settee in the lounge also with a pocket sprung mattress. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. First floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Fully equipped Kitchen and very large dining area for up to 12 people. Utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Sitting room with wood burning fireplace. Conservatory with board games, books and toys.
