Ideally located in a very quiet area just one road back from the seafront with a beach restaurant, but also with a local railway station so perfect for non drivers/walkers/day trips around the region. Newquay is on the South West Coast Path and the sustrans national cycle route 32 also runs through Newquay. Climbing and abseiling activities are in the area and of course being near the sea, there are also angling/fishing trips. Shop and pub 0.2 miles but other supermarkets/restaurants are also within 0.3 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Beach 0.4 miles.

The location could not be better, 5 minutes to the beach where the surfing is brilliant, with cafe's and restaurant situated next to the beach. Within easy walking distance to the town with a wide range of shop, restaurants and coffee houses. 16 Ocean Height offers superb accommodation over three floors, the main bedroom is well proportioned and has an ensuite shower-room. A family bathroom is on the second floor.All mod cons in the kitchen and dining/ lounge are appropriate for a house of this quality. ( including playstation & Nespresso machine) Off street parking is a plus. (outside the house)
