Badgers Cliff is a detached bungalow set in a quiet residential area, with an elevated position overlooking Padstow Bay and the surrounding coastline. A footpath provides access to Polzeath beach, shops, surf schools and cafes. The enclosed garden to the rear of the property has a lovely terrace, the use of a garage and off road parking. Badgers Cottage will accommodate six to eight guests in four spacious bedrooms as well as two family pets. Entering via the hall way you will find the large sitting room with plenty of seating and stone fireplace. The kitchen with dining area is very homely and comfortable. All four bedrooms are well presented and have plenty of storage space. Going outside Badgers Cliff presents with a lovely garden and paved terrace, the perfect spot to soak up the rays whilst sipping the local fizz or having your morning coffee with breakfast watching the sunrise over the sea. Being in the essential surf spot of North Cornwall, don’t miss the chance of a holiday in Polzeath at this functional property, with its extensive sea views and such close proximity to the beach. The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, runs through the village. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. There’s wonderful countryside in the area, with the renowned Camel Trail passing through the town, and the nearby town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is well worth exploring. Within driving distance is the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
