Cogenhoe is a detached holiday bungalow in Pityme and offers accommodation for eight guests in up to five bedrooms with three bathrooms. This self-catering holiday cottage offers child friendly enclosed gardens to the front and rear, parking and for those warm summer evenings, a sunny decked terrace for outdoor entertaining. The property lends itself well to warm days where you can open the French doors from the kitchen and conservatory onto the lovely decked area. The bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room, two further king size bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. There are two further bathrooms, a family bathroom with shower over the bath, and a separate shower room. With plenty of outside space, a sunny conservatory and lovely open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen, there will always be somewhere to relax and enjoy some well-deserved peace and quiet. Pityme is located between two very scenic golf courses; the famous St Enodoc and The Point at Polzeath where they also have a gym, spa and swimming pool. A holiday highlight for all the family should include taking the foot passenger ferry from the beach at Rock to the picturesque fishing port of Padstow
