Gullsway: Sandpiper is a pretty, ground-floor apartment located at the rear of Gullsway in Polzeath, Devon. Offering a user-friendly retreat for families craving a coastal break, the apartment offers views out to sea and easy access to Polzeath’s delights. After parking up in the off-road parking space, Sandpiper is accessed via the main hall of the building; a day at the beach requires plenty of rest in the living/dining room, complete with two sofas to relax in and watch TV before setting the table for dinner. Prepare a scrumptious meal in the kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge to store your favourite foods. As night falls, head to the bathroom for relaxing bubble bath or a hot rinse in the shower over, before resting your eyes in the king-size or twin bedroom. Take in the picturesque surroundings from the communal garden, ideal for picnics in the grass or dining at the small picnic bench to soak up the sea air. Absolutely disgusting - filthy place - cannot believe this is a holiday let / whoever owns this you should be ashamed - the hygiene is non-existent - first class ****hole
Do not book this. No view. Unloved no one has taken any pride in this. Crockery chipped, curtains fall off rails and holes in them. Tv only works on BBC. Grubby. Shower prehistoric. Not worth any amount of money
