Ground Floor - Entrance hallway, Lounge, Kitchen/Dining area, Bedroom 5: Twin bedroom (two 3 foot wide beds), access to the quad shower room and separate WC with access from the corridor and bedroom 5, Adjoining garage with internal and external access, Separate WC and laundry room, Terrace and garden. First Floor - Bedroom 2: King bedroom (5 foot wide bed) with ensuite shower room, at the front of the house. First Floor - Bedroom 3: King bedroom (5 foot wide bed) at the back of the house, overlooks - the garden. First Floor - Bedroom 4: Smaller bedroom with a double bed (4'6 wide) is pushed against the wall so single use is more comfortable but can accommodate two guests at the front of the house, Family bathroom with basin, WC and bath with overhead shower. Second Floor - Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with super king bed (6 foot wide), storage and a desk, private balcony overlooks the estuary and garden, Ensuite with freestanding modern roll-top style bath and separate stand up shower.

Kitchen - Electric oven, grill, electric hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, under counter fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, Smart TV in the dining area, Sonos music system, DAB radio. Lounge - Woodburner, TV. Garden - Garden furniture. Linen and towels included in rent. Sorry, no smoking permitted or pets allowed.
Location Details
Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
