King's Lynn is a medieval port town which retains its original winding streets and alleys, and boasts good shopping facilities, along with a selection of pubs and restaurants. The town boasts grand merchant houses, art galleries, museums, and the Grade I listed Custom House. Much of the surrounding Norfolk countryside is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the West Norfolk coastline within easy driving distance.
