Owners are shocking Lack of communication throughout the whole process Lack of essentials needed in the house etc toilet roll which we had to buy.
Owners refused to communicate with us we had to communicate through Sykes who were shocking as we could never get hold of them. House was full of stains and no essentials were provided and we had to buy are own stain remover to clean stains on the carpet left from previous visiters also toilet roll which wasn’t provided and towels were still dirty from people staying there before. Overall need more communication from owners and Sykes themselves!
