Location Details
Killin, on the outskirts of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, in the Breadalbane district, sits across the spectacular Dochart Falls and has been inhabited since prehistoric times. Now a popular tourist destination, watersports are accessible on nearby Loch Tay, and the village now offers an assortment of shops, bars, and restaurants. Killin has Ben Lawers, the highest of the nearby Bens, to the north and Ben More and Stobinian to the west.

We had the most amazing weekend at Tayview celebrating my 70th birthday with all the family, what a superb house, so comfortable and well equipped. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds! Excellent location,we’ll definitely be back.
Tay View was an inspired choice for our family of 18 adults a few babies. Within easy travelling distance from Glasgow we all arrived to surprise a special sister for her 60th. The owners were very happy to accommodate our special request on booking. The whole house was fantastic, very comfortable, spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms to cope. We could all enjoy sitting for dinner together at the large dinning table and no shortage of any crockery and glasses. Everyone loved the hot tub and the large garden and free parking for all our cars. I would not hesitate to book a return visit to Tay View Killin. For a small town Killin has a lot to offer regardless of how you want to enjoy your break.
