There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with a kitchen and living/dining room with woodburning stove. Central heating is electric with underfloor heating and amenities include electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi and selection of books. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. Outsied there is off-road parking, a side courtyard with furniture and guests have access to field with picnic bench. Sorry, pets and smoking are not permitted. The nearest shop and pub are 2.1 miles away. Note: There is livestock around the property. Note: Children under six are not allowed at this property. The Barn is a quirky setting to explore the delights of Northumberland.

Note: Due to surrounding livestock and the layout of the bedrooms, which are located on different floors, this property does not allow children under 7.
