Exmoor and the stunning coast of North Devon may both be explored from the historic community of North Molton. The village has a welcoming tavern, post office, and store that sells great home-baked foods and locally sourced produce. South Molton, a charming town nearby, has a variety of stores and a twice-weekly market. This charming community is sure to please visitors of all tastes because it is conveniently near to both beach and inland beauty sites. Forests, moors, rivers, and beaches are all nearby, as are churches and other historical structures. The Exmoor National Park's border is only a mile or two away. The South West Coast Path offers excellent hiking opportunities, and the North Devon shoreline is attractive and varied. Visit the funicular cliff train, Valley of the Rocks, and Watersmeet Gorge under the care of the National Trust. There are numerous walks up on Exmoor to accommodate all fitness levels, as well as picturesque locations like Tarr Steps, Landacre Bridge, and the endearing small settlement of Withypool. Further afield, the resorts of Ilfracombe and Combe Martin are highly recommended, and a day trip to Woolacombe and Saunton is not to be missed for some of the best beaches in the nation.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
