Fuel, power, bed linens, towels and WiFi are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.7 you will find a beach. Please note that check-in is from 4pm. A cottage holiday to remember lies at 1 Old Mill Court.

A pretty terraced cottage within 10 minutes’ walk of Brixham harbour in Devon. Providing ideal family accommodation within easy access to explore this lovely part of the country with its bustling activity on and off the water. On entering the cottage up a few steps, you arrive in a hallway with the kitchen leading off this. This is fully-equipped with everything needed even with a small kitchen table and chairs, making a great spot for some breakfast in the morning. There is a spacious sitting room with a further dining table and chairs; a great place to enjoy some lovely home-cooked meals. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms with a family bathroom. To the outside is a small courtyard at the front, making a great place to relax with a cuppa whilst planning the days’ activities. Within a short walk takes you to Brixham harbour which is proud to have one of the largest fishing fleets in the UK, where every day over 100 fishing boats land and sell their catch at the local fish market on the quayside. Close to the mouth of Brixham Harbour is Breakwater Beach, one of the cleanest beaches on the English Riviera. Further afield, why not take the ferry to Dartmouth or Torquay, which both have a good reputation for fashionable restaurants, interesting boutiques and of course, all the amusement and activity along the waterfront? Alternatively, you can take a boat trip and cruise up the River Dart to Greenway, Agatha Christie’s former holiday home, and spend the afternoon in the lively market town of Totnes. Whatever you decide to do, you will surely be spoilt for choice in this wonderful coastal resort of Brixham to enjoy at any time of the year.

Brixham is a working fishing port on the southern side of Torbay, in the English Riviera region, which is recognised for its sunny warm climate all year. A life-size model of Sir Francis Drake's ship, The Golden Hind, is the focal point of the harbour. Small homes in uphill tiny winding alleyways leading to the harbour, where all the activity is centred, make up the loveliest section of Brixham. Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK and is home to Britain's largest fishing fleet, which often lands their catch in the harbour. Brixham is a perfect destination for a traditional holiday, with numerous family activities around Torbay, including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo, and numerous regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are several safe cycle trails in the area, as well as the South West Coastal Path and several of the region's greatest golf courses. A good blend of relaxation and action for all ages, with the sea never far away.
