The lodge has central heating that is powered by oil and is fit with an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave in the kitchen, with a coin-operated tumble dryer and washing machine conveniently positioned in the utility shared between the surrounding holiday homes. Guests can keep entertained by making use of the TV with Freeview, the DVD player or the WiFi. Two well-behaved pets are welcome whilst guests are not permitted to smoke inside the holiday home. Fuel, power and bed linen and provided in the price, however, towels are not, therefore guests are asked to please provide their own. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
