Location Details
Scarborough is a Victorian seaside resort with a long history of hosting attractions. The North Bay Railway takes visitors on a scenic ride along the cliffs, to the castle, and back. The Cliff Lift offers views of the bay, the castle, and surrounding hills. The spa offers a variety of treatments for guests to enjoy, and the town has many restaurants and bars. Within easy reach of the town is the North York Moors National Park, where plenty of fun amidst Yorkshire's moorland, heathland and woodland can be had.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

We stayed here for 4 nights last week and I was very impressed. The flat is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It's a bit of a walk into town and uphill coming back, then 4 flights of stairs to the flat. It was a good job we are relatively fit 70 year olds! Maybe better for car owners as they get a free parking permit. It's so nice though, well equipped and spotlessly clean I would recommend to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
