Close by is the beautiful town of Leamington Spa with stunning Georgian and Edwardian architecture, award-winning parks, a range of eclectic shops, restaurants as well as its own theatre and cinema. Take a boat trip on the River Leam, take a look at the elegant Landsdown Crescent or take in one of the many festivals throughout the year. Historic Warwick dates back to Neolithic times, nestled on the banks of the River Avon and boasting a huge array of amenities including traditional pubs, restaurants and tea rooms as well as Warwick Castle, founded by William the Conqueror, Warwick racecourse which hosts many events throughout the year. In the centre of the race course is a 9 hole golf course and driving range.
