Location Details
Farnham Common is a charming village in Buckinghamshire, located approximately 3 miles north of Slough. The community is located next to the beautiful woodland of Burnham Beeches, which is a great spot to go for a walk in the woods, and is close to three excellent golf courses and a tennis court where you can put your skills to the test. The Royal Oak, The Victoria, and Stag & Hounds, a typical British pub with an outstanding collection of ales, are among the dining alternatives. For your convenience, there are two local businesses where you can stock up on the necessities, and a larger range can be found by taking a short excursion into Slough.
The Home Counties comprise the counties that surround London and include Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Middlesex. Although mostly built up, they include some fabulous scenery and attractions which are well worth a visit.
