Absolute disgrace. Asked for a clean ,never happened Tried to get hold of Sykes , impossible . Wanted to leave . Left early in the end, dirty , outside a disgrace and unsafe. Never used hot tub as wouldn’t risk it. Will be asking for a refund if we ever get hold of Sykes. Told issues sorted , they aren’t!
