Appliances include electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking, an enclosed garden and access to owners' fishing river and croquet lawn. This is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Find a shop and pub in 0.1 mile. Note: Due to the age of the property, the stairs are steep. Note: Fishing permits can be arranged with the owner. Deeside Farm Cottage is a historic retreat for a lovely break in North Wales.
