This entire region is a haven for hikers, climbers, birdwatchers, and bikers in Eryri (Snowdonia) and the surrounding Coed-y-Brenin Forest, which has world-famous mountain biking tracks. Discover the Mawddach Estuary, beautiful sandy beaches, small gauge steam railroads, golf, and a plethora of other outdoor activities.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

We visited Wales for the first time and what a wee gem of a place we picked to stay in. If your looking for a place to get away from the world but also central to visit all the places which Wales has to offer then this is the place for you. We booked both houses as two separate couples and it worked really well. If you have binoculars then they are worth taking as there is some magnificent wild life and I don’t mean the cheeky sheep which like to say hello. The accommodation is compact with some quirking features and presented in a condition which is a credit to the owners. The outside living space was a great addition to the property and with the hot tub it just finished off all that it had to offer. We would definitely consider a return visit.
