Single-storey. 1 x double, 1 x single. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with log burner ALL electricity is included as is ALL wood for wood burner which also can be used to heat radiators as there is a back boiler to the wood burner.
