Woodside consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for five guests and a Smart TV, a utility with washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms each have TVs and consist of a king-size, a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. We recently stayed here with my Daughter we were looking forward to meeting up and using the Hot Tub. House had not been cleaned. The floor in kitchen had bits of rice on the floor and the chairs at the table were pulled out were covered in crumbs and rice. The lounge rug and ledge on coffee table was dusty and had dog hairs on it. Snuggle chair broken on arms knobs broken previously which have marked living room wall. The walls throughout the house had loads of marks on them. Stairs painted in need of a little paint as all peeling off. The Window sills had dead flies on them. The whole house smelled of wet mop. Fridge had dead flies in it. The Hot tub was topped with scum and debris in the bottom unable to use. The blue floater was in the utility room. Non slip mat needed in the bath/Shower. Mirror needed in second bedroom. The whole house needs some love. Lovely but not high speck.
