Pillow cases not changed and we had to go and buy some as I did not want to sleep on them (in photos) 11. If a window was open it would not close in some rooms 12. If a window was not shut it would not open in some rooms. 13. 7 year old granddaughter lost one of her toys down the side of her bed and we found a condom 14. The TV stand was trying to hold on by 3 legs as one was very loose and not hold on to anything (in photos) The list goes on. This is absolutely not acceptable and we reached out the owner and asked for a refund but he was very defensive
