West of the market town of Cleobury Mortimer in south Shropshire is a small community called Hopton Wafers. The Crown at Hopton is a tavern located in the community. This traditional tavern offers great lodging together with delicious, home-cooked food, making it the perfect launching point for exploring Shropshire. The charming town of Cleobury Mortimer, which is close by and boasts a variety of unusual shops, bars, and restaurants, is best known for its distinctive church, which has an oddly crooked steeple.

We loved our week here plenty to do in the area and the house is beautiful. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break. The property is surrounded by countryside and nature. Follow the directions they send, we followed google and drive along tiny little narrow roads. We would definitely stay again.
