There is also a storage room for boards, a cloakroom and a games room with dart board, table tennis and ping pong table. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with basin and a family bedroom with a basin, along with two bathrooms and another cloakroom. Outside, there is off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 0.3 miles, a beach. Beach Haven is a delightful base for exploring the Cornish coast. Please note, there are a lot of steps leading up to the property.

Polzeath's sandy, rock-pool-lined beach is one of the best surfing beaches in the country. The South West Coast Path, a 630-mile route, passes through Polzeath. Wadebridge, set along the River Camel, offers shops, pubs, restaurants, and North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed mediaeval houses, and celebrated restaurants, is worth exploring. Newquay's 11 miles of golden beaches are within driving distance. Polzeath is a good place to explore Cornwall.

Don't eat or cook in this house and wipe your feet on the way out or you'll have dirty feet for the dog poo on the beach, don't tell Magnum the beach ranger because he'll cry and the block you on Facebook, this house sums up Polzeath really overpriced,dirty and in need of change, ironically when this HOME was built Polzeath was worth being in and looking at but not anymore.
