Within 0.1 mile, you'll find a shop, within 0.3, a pub, and within 1.2, a beach. Please be mindful that this property does take one well-behaved dog, but will not allow smoking. Hinderwell is a tiny but busy rural village with shops and bars near the lovely seaside communities of Staithes and Runswick Bay, as well as being only 9 miles from Whitby's attractive port town. Hinderwell is in a fantastic location for exploring the local countryside, which includes everything from the spectacular cliffs and smugglers' coves of the coast to the deep, quiet dales of the North York Moors National Park. Walking, cycling, gliding, horseback riding, and fishing are all available in the vicinity, making it ideal for a relaxed getaway.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
