Just four miles separate the little community of Saughall from Chester's city centre. The Domesday Book mentions the settlement, which today is home to a few stores and taverns. Chester is easily reachable by vehicle or bus and offers a lot of attractions for tourists, including fantastic shopping in and around the well-known Tudor "Rows" and delightful strolls along the Roman Walls, beside the River Dee, and through the gorgeous Grosvenor Park.
