Location Details
The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

This apartment is in the centre of Lyme Regis and has its own off road parking which is unusual in Lyme Regis. You walk down 9 steps to enter the property via patio doors into the kitchen/living area. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, oven and a full size fridge freezer (not just a fridge with tiny ice box). The living area has a dining table, large sofa and chair with a smart TV. Through the door is a corridor to the bathroom, a twin bedroom and the master bedroom (king size bed) with shower en-suite. Also in the corridor is a room with hoover, iron and board and a clothes airer. Next to this is a cupboard containing a washer/tumble. The en-suite shower is a walk in waterfall shower. The property has underfloor heating and was spotlessly clean. There is a tiny patio area where you enter with a table and chairs. When you leave through the main gate you are straight onto Broad Street the main road through Lyme Regis with cafes, pubs, shops and supermarkets (Tesco Express and Co-op). Within 5 minutes walk you are on the main shingle beach but leave through the back gate of the property you can walk through the public gardens to the sand beach (with lifeguards 1000-1800) and the famous Cobb within 10 minutes.
