Location Details
Minehead is a prominent coastal resort beneath West Somerset's North Hill. This pleasant town has a mile-long esplanade and a golden beach. The lovely harbour, where the paddle steamer Waverley visits in the summer, offers good fishing. Enjoy a historic steam train ride on the West Somerset Railway or visit the award-winning Blenheim Gardens. Exmoor National Park's wooded valleys, attractive bridlepaths, and heather-clad moors are worth a visit, as is the nearby Norman Castle at Dunster.

My family and I have just returned home from staying at Kittiwake Minead. The apartment is beautiful, with a picturesque view. This was my first time visiting Minehead, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be most definitely be returning.
