Absolutely awful, On arrival the property was filthy, and stunk of musty smells, there was no heating and the grounds were like an icerink damp and slippery. Even after we complained about the no heating, the landlords/and sykes dud nothing. The quality of the water waz cloudy and tasted like it had been sitting in the pipes for months, it actually caused illness in our family and that was after boiling, I have never sat on a harder bed in my entire life, infact I have slept on softer gernies in hospitals. It was simlly not as advertised, the house is cold, damp and not warm or inviting as photographed.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
