Shop 1 miles, pub 0.8 miles and beach 0.9 miles. Note: Unsuitable for those with limited mobility due to the large number of steps (approx 70 -80) leading to the property from the car park, however, due to the nature of the access, the apartment does benefit from beautiful views. Note: There is no allocated parking space for the apartment but you can use the residents parking area beyond the harbour car park, however, there is no guarantee of a space during peak times. Parking is otherwise in the harbour car park and can be paid for via an app.
