Location Details
Broadway, dubbed "The Jewel of the Cotswolds," is a lovely village nestled beneath the Worcestershire hills. This classic English village, one of the most picturesque in the Cotswolds, not only has a fantastic selection of unique shops and boutiques, galleries, and restaurants, but it's also rich in history, with Roman origins. The world-famous Lygon Arms has been a popular destination for years, and now spa services can be booked ahead of time. Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham Spa, and Worcester are all within easy driving distance of Broadway, making it an excellent location for visiting the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. With a plethora of National Trust buildings, museums, and scenic walks and cycle trails, this is a fantastic area to visit any time of year.
Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

The house is fantastic, exactly as pictured and described but it's setting in between the owner and his father's house and sharing the driveway and garage means little privacy. The garden isn't private and overlooks the owners driveway, which as a working farm is in constant use. At least 6 vehicles were coming and going all day every day. There was lots of machinery and truck noise. They use the garage for entertaining clay shoot groups, which is attached to the house. If you are inside and close the curtains you have privacy, otherwise you do not, which may not bother some people but was not the setting we were expecting given the high spec of the house. We had hoped for a peaceful Cotswold escape, which didn't quite happen.
