There is one king-size bedroom with TV, Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom. Outside there is an allocated parking space for one car, and private, shared gardens with lawn, shed for sailing storage, swimming pool and a private pontoon for guests bringing their own boat. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and 0.9 miles beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apartment 24 is an idyllic setting for a romantic costal getaway in Devon. Note: This is a first-floor apartment, but it can be accessed from street level. Note: One step up into the sitting room. Note: Sofa bed in the sitting room sleeps two additional guests.

Salcombe, once a major port, is now a popular holiday destination for hikers and families seeking a coastal getaway. North Sands and South Sands are two beautiful beaches not far away, and further on you can visit the National Trust-owned Overbeck's and stroll through its subtropical gardens. Why not have a more exciting day by participating in one of the many water activities that can be found on the estuary? Enjoy the fresh seafood served at many of Salcombe's restaurants, bars, cafes, and delicatessens during your stay. Several sandy beaches, charming villages with thatched cottages, and excellent walking opportunities, including the South West Coast Path, can be found at the very tip of Devon, which is known for its breath-taking scenery and picturesque vistas.
