Appliances consist of an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment, five Smart TVs, DVD player, and a selection of books, games, toys and DVDs. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture, and parking in a nearby public car park. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and travel cot. Enjoy the Cornish coastline at Pentreath. Note: No stag, hen or similar parties. Note: No allocated parking at this property. Note: This house is decorated for Christmas. Note: The stairs are steep and narrow where they turn; extra caution should be taken. Note: The second floor bedroom doorways have slightly low head room but fine once your in the room.
