Whitehaven is a coastal town in West Cumbria, nestled between the glistening sea and the rugged Lakeland Fells. It is one of the earliest "planned" towns in England and features nearly 250 Georgian-style buildings on the National Register of Historic Places as well as several lovely parks and gardens.
