To the outside is a garden with furniture and barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars. Fuel, power, WiFi, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and Fuel, WiFi, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property does accept one pet however smoking is not allowed. St Ives View is a splendid retreat, whatever time of year.

St. Ives is one of the most picturesque harbour towns in Cornwall, with its winding lanes and quaint cottages clustered along the water's edge.
