Newport is a magnificent seaside town in Pembrokeshire, south west Wales sitting on the River Nevern with a selection of shops, bars, tea rooms, with a superb golf course overlooking the sea as well as a great sheltered harbour. Newport situated on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path which is recognised globally for its unique beauty and fantastic opportunity to go dolphin and seal spotting. Wonderful seaside walks along the road or in the neighbouring Preseli Hills with the ever changing scenery are a walkers dream all year round. Learn about history as you visit the mills, craft centres and castles strewn over the county or spend a day at the beautiful Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort where you can learn hands on all about living during that period. See the gorgeous Shire Horses at the Shire Horse Farm or spend restful days on the large choice of stunning sandy beaches. All year round this is a fantastic venue for all the family.
