Bala is the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway and a popular destination for a variety of watersports including as fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, and whitewater rafting. The town has a rich history and is home to various unique stores, inns, and eateries, as well as a historical Town Walk. With the stunning Snowdonia Mountain Range to one side and the magnificent Berwyn Mountains to the other, this area is a paradise for hikers, bikers, and other outdoor enthusiasts. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
