Single garage for 1 car and a further allocated parking space for 1 car. Gardens, decking area, patio furniture, pizza oven. Two well-behaved dogs welcome downstairs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: The snug has a sofa bed in it which can accommodate a fifth guest. Note: There will be a welcome gift of wine and biscuits on arrival. Note: No unaccompanied teenagers please. Note: Please make sure children and animals are supervised at all times in the gardens.
